Matt balances his time between project responsibilities and the development of our staff. He prides himself in providing diligent and conscientious service to our clients. He also oversees the cultivation of the skills and leadership within our office through our professional development programs. Matt’s past experience at a design/build firm provides an appreciation for the complexities of the construction process and its influence on our architecture. Matt’s career has focused almost exclusively on education projects. When he's not working you might see him behind the keyboards playing with his band in Olympia.
