McGranahan Architects is expanding their Healthcare market and is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Tacoma office.  We are looking for our next generation of leadership to help us grow our Healthcare market.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited University
• Current registration as a State Licensed Architect
• Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in Healthcare project types.
• Must have the ability to step into a Project Manager role to lead a project from programming through completion, monitor financial project performance, and manage project team.
• Must have strong communication skills to interact directly with clients.
• Must have the ability to perform client presentations.
• Will be involved with business development activities.
