We believe architecture must make a civic contribution and provide societal benefit. While our educational focus serves that mission, our other work embodies those same values whether the project is an eye clinic, a community-oriented commercial center, an office building or the entrance facilities at a zoo. Our civic and commercial architecture is sensitive to the context of the project and provides value beyond the basic function of the facility. Our work can bring new vitality to a neighborhood, add a sophisticated landmark to a community or simply welcome visitors and orient them to a beloved institution in a whole new way.
