This new mixed use development will be focused along Main Street with multi-story commercial office and retail. An existing strip mall was removed and replaced with a development that engaged the two surrounding streets. Parking was placed at the interior of the site to provide convenience without distracting from the neighboring urban frontage. Investco will be consolidating their own corporate headquarters offices into the new facility. The project creates building tenant identity through a variety of materials, colors and formal compositions that borrow from a project vocabulary set. Washington Market will extend the new main street development and serve as an example on how to develop in a more dense and compatible way.
