Project Manager

As a Project Manager, my main responsibility is to make other people successful. It is my job to make sure that the District and community are provided opportunities to give input into the design. I am responsible for ensuring that the design team has the tools and information to create an amazing building for each community we work in. I like the interaction with and the excitement of the community when working on our projects. School construction is the best example of a community coming together to make a major investment in vision for the next generations of their community. I consider it an honor when we are selected to help make that vision a reality. Ifeel we make major positive impacts in every community we are fortunate enough to work with. Our schools touch the lives of many people over an average 50-year lifetime. Thousands of students will create memories in each of these buildings.

My work on community groups and boards has helped me to appreciate and learn that each community is made up of people with rich and diverse backgrounds. I like to hear the stories and perspectives of all those community members so we can find common ground and work together to provide architecture that is a reflection of their community.
