Associate Principal, Regional Technical Director

As Associate Principal and Regional Technical Director for PBK’s West Coast offices, I support teams by advancing technical quality, constructability, and consistency across all phases of design and documentation. I work closely with leadership and project teams in PBK’s California and Washington offices to help align firmwide practices while respecting local project needs and community priorities.

My role emphasizes collaboration, coordination, and clear communication to support successful project delivery. By focusing on client focused, practical, well-resolved solutions, I help teams translate design intent into buildable documents that meet performance, schedule, and budget objectives. I value listening closely to stakeholders and design teams alike to ensure projects are responsive, efficient, and well executed.

I’m motivated by contributing to projects that support learning environments and strengthen communities. Supporting teams and reinforcing a culture of technical excellence and accountability is central to how I serve the firm and our clients.
