This renovation project began with an OFM Predesign for the Communications Building. The intent of this renovation was to enhance the performance, instructional, and exhibition spaces of the Expressive Arts Program and transform the building into a healthier, more energy-efficient, and less expensive facility to maintain. The design successfully achieves the college’s project goals of enhancing program space, expanding student capacity, advancing technology use, and increasing energy efficiency.
