I support the people and culture of PBK as a multi-region Director of Human Resources, with roots in our McGranahanPBK office in Tacoma. My work focuses on providing staff with the resources and clarity they need throughout their careers. I enjoy welcoming new team members during onboarding and helping foster a workplace where people feel connected, respected, and supported. Helping others feel at home within the firm is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.

Having grown with the firm over more than a decade, I am grateful for the relationships and culture that have shaped my experience. I strive to contribute to a work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and balance, and I value the opportunity to support individuals and teams as they do their best work.
