I bring more than 20 years of experience leading projects across the Pacific Northwest, from complex master plans to small neighborhood school renovations. I approach every project with careful listening, clarity of purpose, and disciplined execution, guiding teams to establish clear design goals and priorities while ensuring every voice in the community is heard and valued.

My focus is on delivering built solutions that inspire students, support educators, and build trust and enthusiasm within communities. I believe the strongest outcomes grow from teams grounded in collaboration, empathy, and shared purpose. I am energized by the process of designing together and discovering solutions shaped by the unique experience of each team and the communities we serve.
