McGranahan Architects is looking for a Sr. Construction Administrator to join our growing team. Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in Public Works Education project types.
- A Bachelor of Architecture degree or higher
- Current registration as a State Licensed Architect
- Must have the ability to step into a CA role to be the primary lead in administering a project through all aspects of the construction phase with an in depth knowledge of contractual requirements.
- Must have strong communication skills to interact directly with clients and contractors.
- Ability to write specifications and realize project’ design intent from a technical standpoint

Salary range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000 and will be based on overall candidate qualifications and experience.
