Client Executive

I find inspiration in the impact our work has on the communities we serve. I believe that place matters and that a well-designed school can enhance a teacher’s ability to teach and a student’s potential to thrive. I value the opportunities we have to work with school districts throughout the Northwest region, engaging communities in meaningful dialogue about how they want to educate their children. From those conversations, we create buildings that become part of the fabric of the community for decades, positively influencing the lives of generations of students.

Having served as a leader of the firm for more than three decades, I have a unique perspective on our evolving office culture. What stands out most is our dedication to craft, genuine collaboration, and strong work/life balance. I am gratified to help cultivate a rich professional environment where teams succeed through each individual’s contributions and where we support one another, our families, and our communities.
