Associate II, Construction Services Manager

I’m guided by the belief that learning never stops. “You are always a student, never a master. You have to keep moving forward,” is a Conrad Hall quote that resonates deeply with me. That mindset shapes how I approach every project and every collaboration—always focused on growth, accountability, and doing the work right.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked on Bid Build, GC/CM, and Design Build projects on the contractor side, serving as both a Project Manager and Quality Control Manager. Those roles allowed me to work closely with owners to ensure projects were delivered on time and built in accordance with the contract documents. Now, on the architecture side, I bring that hands-on field experience to serve as a thoughtful liaison between clients and contractors, helping ensure design intent is upheld and quality standards are met throughout construction.

Outside of work, I enjoy hands-on pursuits like gardening, making homemade soap, and baking sourdough bread. When I’m not homesteading, I love spending time camping and hiking with my husband and our three sons.
