Senior Project Architect, Director of Quality Control

I have always enjoyed the process of discovering how to put things together. My family would recall the story of how—when I was a preschooler—I would take out the instructions for the ceiling fan during our period of home improvement and proceed to tell the contractor what needed to be done. To me, architecture is one of the most rewarding puzzles there is. It allows designers and problem solvers to influence the final picture. As a Project Architect, I am privileged to be able to move various parts and pieces around to address challenges that inevitably come up.

The culture of McGranahan has allowed me to thrive while doing the things I do best—problem solve and work collaboratively with owners, consultants, and construction professionals. In addition, it also allows me to utilize my technical problem-solving mindset to the fore, while simultaneously challenging me to strive for the best possible outcome both in terms of technical resolution as well as design excellence.
