Mandy Russell AIA, CSI, LEED AP
Principal, Senior Project Architect
I bring over two decades of experience as a Project Architect, with a focus on educational architecture, thoughtful design, collaborative leadership, and excellence in project delivery. I direct consultants and team members on projects from initial concept to completion, leveraging Building Information Modeling to streamline documentation and ensure clear communication among stakeholders. My work spans international projects, historic renovations, university facilities, and STEM campuses, always with an emphasis on creating inspiring learning environments that support students’ success.
As a leader, I believe that everyone has unique strengths, and I find it deeply rewarding to provide structure and guidance that helps teams thrive. I am passionate about supporting thoughtful, high-quality design and ensuring excellence in every stage of project delivery.
Outside of architecture, I am an avid hiker and backpacker. Spending time in nature inspires my work, and I value opportunities to challenge myself and help others achieve goals they didn’t know they could reach.
