Leon Holloway LEED AP BD+C, NOMA
Associate Principal, Senior Project Manager
I provide strategic oversight while fostering strong client relationships. With over 20 years of experience leading major multi-phased projects across K–12 education, healthcare, government, and international markets, I guide complex projects from planning through delivery, focusing on inclusive, sustainable design and creating spaces where every voice is recognized and respected. I prioritize clear communication with clients and active community outreach, ensuring project goals align with the needs of students, educators, and the broader community. Collaborating closely with school districts has shown me that successful educational spaces rely on open dialogue, shared problem-solving, and a clear understanding of each stakeholder’s goals.
What inspires me most is the human impact of our work. I am actively involved in community organizations, including the AIA Seattle Diversity Roundtable, and I am a founding member of the Northwest Chapter of NOMA. Seeing students’ excitement when they walk into a new school for the first time is a constant reminder of why I do this work and why I strive for excellence on every project.
