I’m driven by the understanding that teams are strongest when everyone is supported to grow. A quote that guides my work is, “You’re not the best person on your team until you’ve helped all your teammates get better than you.” That mindset shapes how I collaborate with colleagues, partners, and project teams across every phase of building envelope design.

My interest in the buildings started early, LEGO was the gateway, and it’s something that has stayed strong because of the many different paths to success the architectural field offers. The blend of creativity, problem-solving, and technical rigor continually pulls me back in, with no two challenges ever looking quite the same.

Outside of work, my favorite moments are spent with my wife and daughter. Cheering on and supporting my daughter’s volleyball habit is priority number one during volleyball season, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
