Todd Olson, AIA, Associate DBIA
Associate Principal, Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager focused on the higher education market, I bring more than 40 years of experience in planning, programming, design, and management of projects across educational and healthcare settings. I lead a wide range of projects, including master planning, feasibility studies, laboratory and healthcare spaces, and specialty learning environments. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders, transparency throughout the design process, and careful attention to schedule and budget are central to my approach.
I enjoy guiding teams through planning, programming, and project delivery, ensuring that practical, value-driven decisions are made at every stage. My work includes both new construction and renovation projects, with representative projects such as learning commons and simulation centers at the University of Washington and Pacific Lutheran University.
What inspires me most is the opportunity to create spaces that positively impact campuses and communities. I take pride in fostering collaboration, supporting my project teams, and helping our clients realize learning environments that are safe, functional, and forward-looking.
